Supplier Registration -External

Summary:

We wanted to register/onboard suppliers by following external supplier registration where in supplier qualification questionnaires are initiated. supplier user accounts can be created and suppliers can respond to questioner. Whether setting up of these supplier accounts would consume/require the SQM licenses.
