How to add 'Contains' as a search operator for Party Name on Contracts page?

Summary:

To provide a more robust search capability, we'd like to see 'Contains' added as a search operator for the 'Party Name' field on Contracts landing page. Currently, as shown in the screen shot below, only the 'Starts with' and 'Equals' operators are offered. The lack of the 'Contains' operator can result in suboptimal search results.

If we know only a single keyword of interest, say for example 'NASDAQ', and use the 'Starts with' operator, the search results would include 'NASDAQ INFORMATION LLC', but would omit 'THE NASDAQ STOCK MARKET LLC'.
