Summary:

Multiple campaigns have been created, scheduled and delivered within the production environment, but have not shown metrics since June 21st. Within the company there are multiple countries and the area specifically not receiving metrics is North America. Below I have provided screenshots of a campaign that was created, scheduled and delivered, but is not showing any details that anyone has open the email.
