How to customize supplier welcome mail template?

Summary: We'd like to customize the supplier email notification layout. For example, once the supplier user completes the registration flow from external. A welcome letter to inform user reset password will be sent to the mailbox. We want to make some changes on it. However, we don't find the template under Share Folders. Is it possible for customization?
