How can i make Negotiation Approval amount read only for requisition backed Negotiation?

Hi,

When Negotiation is created through Purchase Requisition, PR amount is defaulted to approval amount and buyer can change that as system allows to change it. How we can make it read only if Negotiation is created through PR and approval amount should be editable in case of direct negotiation.?
