Issues with Default Business Rules in VBS
Summary:
Business Use case: When a Location (Name) string Contain 'Work At Home', then default the Work At Home Flag to Yes else No.
Issues faced while trying to write a new Default business rule in VBS (already available in RUI)
1. Used Location(Field Value) to add a condition. But see , there is no option to match a string. In my case, i need to say if the location name contains 'Work At Home' then <do xyz>. When I use the operator: 'CONTAINS' , and search for Work At home, the system only asks me to select values present in DB.
