Will the "Locked Users" report include users that are only locked from BIP / making SOAP calls?
Summary:
We recently had an issue where a service account that was used for making SOAP calls to BIP got locked after 5 attempts with the wrong password. We could still log into the application with the correct username / password, but when we attempted to navigate to BIP / analytics, we received a "500--Internal Server Error". Via an SR, we learned about the issue with the 30 minute lockout time after 5 invalid attempts and after 30 minutes, everything resolved itself. Oracle suggested we could use the "Locked Users" report to identify this issue, but I questioned
