HR Help Desk and Leave Management

Is anyone using HR HelpDesk in conjunction with a 3rd party leave admin company?

As Oracle does not have OOTB tools to keep up with state and local laws around leave administration, we would still need a way to understand changing rules. Also, we have a global workforce so would need administration outside of the US as well.

I understand we could leverage HR HelpDesk and intelligent advisor to create intake forms and transition them to HR HelpDesk. Are other companies doing this? How are you interacting with a 3rd party from that data?
