Can I customize a role to access only WLF alerts in alert composer?

Summary:

I have a requirement to give access to OLC alerts in alert composer to the learning admin staff. I will add the privilege HRC_ACCESS_ALERTS_COMPOSER to the custom role. But is there a way to further restrict this role to only WLF alerts?
