PO DFF copied from Req DFF appears as ID

PO DFF copied from Req DFF appears as ID when the value in the Requisition DFF is an actual number value

The request is to add a Phone Number field to the Requisition Line so that the Requester's Phone Number defaults. This was achieved by add a sql-parameter based value set.

Now the need is to copy this DFF to the PO which was done by creating the same DFF in purchasing lines using the same Attribute.

The issue is that when the value comes over, it appears as an ID instead of the actual phone number seen in the Req DFF.
