Oracle Fusion Time and Labor fast formula

Summary:

We have a requirement in our project to restrict the time entered in timesheet through a Time Entry Rule type fast formula
and display error message when the time entered crosses the fixed limit.
Currently we are including the payroll time type entered in the timesheet in the error message. However we need to include
the display name of the time type in the error message instead of payroll time type.
For example - Screenshot of the requirement is provided in the attachment.
We have searched for various DBIs as well as backend tables but have not found anything suiting our requirement.
