Hi All,

We are currently working on setting up a workflow to effectively manage ownership percentage and consolidation method updates for power user roles.

Goal:

• Allow power users to update ownership % and consol method at the beginning of each month.
• Manager review and lock ownership % to prevent further updates.

We have attempted to implement an approval workflow using an "Approval group" defined by the intersection of ownership accounts eligible for updates. However, despite the approval status being "Open" or "Locked," power users can still make changes.
