How to rearrange fields in content section for Skills and Qualifications in Redwood UI VBCS

Summary:

For skills and qualifications we are trying to re-arrange some of the fields which include some DFF we created earlier in Responsive UI. In the Redwood page the DFF is appearing but we are not sure how to re-arrange using VBCS as per the requirement. We are using the one DFF field named as 'Other' and need to move it near to 'License or Certification' field.

Could anyone please guide how to perform this and also let us is this possible in Redwood UI for Skills and Qualifications.
