Regions and Fields not displaying list

Summary:

Hi,

I can able to see the difference from Front End to Back End. The Sections & Fields are not present in the backend. This issue is occurring after our P2T.

The below SS refers the List of Sections available in Front End.

The below SS refers VBS tool view. when i hit Fields and regions with Custom rule. the tool is not displaying the entire sections which are available in front end.


Is there anything we are missing ? please suggest the solution.
