Absence start date is wrong in emp self service page - Redwood

edited Sep 9, 2024 8:49PM in Workforce Management

Hi All,

We have a requirement to restrict updates to absence records/ absence entries that are backdated beyond 30 days from today's date.

As part of implementing this we are using Global Absence Entry Validation formula,

In the formula, to fetch the older absence start date we are using ANC_ABS_ENTRS_START_DATE.

The date that this DBI is returning is correct in HR specialist page, whereas it is wrong in Redwood enabled employee self-service pages.

We even tried replacing the DBI with Value set and the behavior is same.

If anyone facing the same issue, can you please tell us how did you resolved this? (or) Any workaround you used

Howdy, Stranger!
