Data is not retrieving for not started status in OTBI Dashboards

I hope this message finds you well.

 

We are currently facing an issue retrieving data for the 'not started' status regarding employee feedback. Specifically, we have no data available for 'not started' feedbacks, but we need to incorporate this result in our OTBI reports to identify employees who have not yet submitted their feedback or for whom feedback does not exist.

 

In our performance tiles views, we are using the formula Count(distinct "Worker"."Person Number") and have applied two filters based on the results of another analysis. Additionally, we've filtered these results into a key combined column using the concatenate formula with employee person number and manager person number. However, we are unable to visualize this data in graphs and pie charts.
