Stand by $ amount should not be included in the calculated hours on the time card in OTL

Summary:

When the Standby $ are calculated by the fast formula for Time Calculation Rule, the amount comes on time card as units. These unit gets added to the calculated hours on time card thus skewing the totals. 

E.g. Calculated time has Regular hours = 40. FF calculates Standby $ as 200$ to be paid to employee.

When these 2 entries show in calculated section of the time card they total up incorrectly as 40 + 200 = 240 hrs, instead of showing 40 hrs as Regular and 200$ as Standby

Currently we have disabled this feature in FF and $ based codes are being added manually on time card reported time so that $ based codes show separately from hours based codes in calculated section of the time card
