Labor Distribution - Security Setting to View Labor Costs in Error Status Only

Is there a Security setting or permission within the Labor Distribution Module to allow users access to view only labor cost transactions in "Error" status within the Manage Labor Cost work area?

The seeded "Labor Distribution Accountant" role gives access to the Manage Labor Cost work area. Users with this role can view all labor cost transactions within the module. We have a business need to allow certain users access to view only those transactions in "Error" status (due to project budgetary controls) in order for them to have visibility into the errors, which is needed to clear/address the errors. We have created a custom report to show labor cost errors; however, the added granularity within the UI (e.g., labor cost vs. amount remaining at the budget line level)
