ORDS/OIC Apis used in the VBCS application respond with a 401 authentication Error

To solve this problem we had to check the Allow anonymous checkbox option and assign the basic authentication credentials same as that of the “Authentication for Logged in users as given in the below screen shot.

 The other applications are working fine with just “Authentication for logged in Users” selected with basic credentials.

 Requirement: We want the Apis to be working without checking the “Allow anonymous access..” option.
