Forms 2.0 Performance does not have parity with 1.0

Forms 2..0 is slower than 1.0 to open and refresh.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Performed the following on 8/1/24. I opened a form in 2.0 in a browser and it took 10 seconds to open. It took 7 seconds to refresh. I switched to 1.0, and again in a browser it took 8 seconds to load and 2 1/2 seconds to refresh. In Smart View, the performance was identical at 9 seconds to open and 11 seconds to refresh.
