Why is Excel Smart View Addin not displaying schedules or tasks from FCCS

I have two users using the Smart View addin to view FCCS Tasks in Excel

For one user, it's working fine. The other, it is not. I'm assuming it's access rights somewhere but as far as I can tell they have the same security setup and both have tasks assigned to themselves.

What's the most likely culprit here I can look at?
