How to republish builds to our Refreshed TEST environment?

Summary:

Thus far, we have only worked in our TEST environment while preparing for Redwood adoption. Our TEST environment was recently refreshed, and as our customizations were never migrated to any other environment, they were wiped out of TEST, but are still seen in VB Studio Express. For example an early build was to apply AI Assist. I can see the option is still TRUE in VBS but it's not on in our environment (which makes sense to me).

How can I republish my previous builds back to the TEST environment? I don't see any way to "republish" when I look at the list of builds we have.
