Where can managers see the timecard approval status

Summary:

There is a requirement for managers to see the approval status like "assigned to", "submitted by", "who's approval is pending".

These details can be seen at Transaction Console but its access is not given to end users. Therefore is there any other place from where managers can see the above statuses?
