Diversity Block: Gender | How to intercept this field for Candidate Reporting

Hi team!

I activate the "Gender" field and made it visible for Diversity block in candidate job application flow.

As oracle guideline says, this field is not visible for recruiter user and it will be available only if the candidate will be hired.

Is it possible to intercept this information by using OTBI/BIP however linked with Recruiting Module? I mean, is it possible to build a report with "Candidate Name" and "Gender" even if the candidate is still in Oracle Recruiting Cloud module as Candidate?
