Skills and Qualifications Quick Action Privileges

Hi,

Hope you are well.

I am attempting to create a custom role and allow access to the Skills & Qualifications Quick Action (within My Team), I have added the following privileges but the Quick Action does not appear on the Springboard:

View Person Skills and Qualifications
Edit Person Skills and Qualifications

Is anyone aware of the privileges needed in order to make the Quick Action appear? I am trying to avoid having to add the Line Manager role if this is possible.
