OIC Gen 3 Upgrade (Things to look out for)?

Summary:

Hi Experts,
We have upgraded our non-production OIC instances from Gen 2 to Gen 3 (A few weeks now) with Production instance in exactly a week from today. We have been testing our integrations in Gen 3 non-production instances yet somehow I am getting cold feet for upcoming Monday.

Would you be able to tell me issues that you run into during/after your upgrade run? (or things to look out for that wasn't in OIC Gen 3 Upgrade document)
