Not able to download more than 500 records for a BPA using VBCS

a. We want to download all BPAs for a specific supplier.

b. We want to update the Price for the BPAs.

c. But we are not able to download more than 500 records by just providing supplier name in the download parameter.

d. After we click on download all, its downloading not more than 500 records.
