How to enable AI-Suggested Goals Based on Previous Performance Evaluation

We're trying to enable AI-Suggested Goals Based on Previous Performance Evaluation, this feature was released in 24C, but there's no proper steps/documentation on how to enable it.

In the release note Oracle said that the feature needs to be enabled using an appropriate constant in Visual Builder Studio. For more information refer to the Extending HCM Redwood Applications Using Visual Builder Studio guide.

But when we checked the Extending HCM Redwood Applications Using Visual Builder Studio guide, we don't particular documentation for AI-Suggested Goals Based on Previous Performance Evaluation.

Can someone please let us know on how to enable AI-Suggested Goals Based on Previous Performance Evaluation.
