ESS Job to default the output to Email address when submitting the job on demand

Summary:

Hello !

We have a BI report as an ESS Job, the requirement is to default the email address and the subject and the BI report output (XLS) in this case needs to be sent as an attachment to the email addressed that was defaulted, this needs to be done whenever the ESS job is submitted.

By Scheduling this can be acheived.

But we wanted to default when user submits the request on demand. Any workaround or out of the box solution is also much appreciated.
