How to enable same lane with different transit time without creating multiple Rate Service?

Summary:

We have a requirement where transit time is 'X' from point A to B when there is single driver while transit time reduce to half that is 'X/2' when shipment is planned with TEAM of driver.

  • Is it possible to handle this scenario using one rate service?
    Or any other suggestion?
