Loading GL data in JSON format to Planning

I am new to Rest API and Planning, Could you please help?

I am trying to connect Planning to SAP to get GL data. I have read the document below and it seems we can load JSON GL data to Planning with Rest API.

I checked Planning Rest APIs and found two APIs that might be able to load JSON data to Planning.
