Assign Resource more than once to same task in Project Budget - different date ranges

Hi,

For Budget entry, our customer wants to assign the same budget resource (e.g. Labour, Materials, Equipment) more than once to a task, so that they can track different budget amounts for different date ranges for each Fiscal Year. We currently encounter the message "Resource XXXX is already assigned to the Task X.X (PJF-2235017).

Is there a specific configuration for Plan Types and/or Budget Types that will allow this?
