Duplication of asset value even when sending "Y" against field"Is this an FA Asset?"during migration

Summary:

Hello,

We are migrating project asset and asset lines associated with assets. The file contains both as built and estimated asset details on it and we are migrating historicial costs too against projects.

From fixed assets, we are migrating asset details its value along with source details wherever it is applicable.

While migrating project asset we are passing Y value against field Is this an FA asset? against As built assets.

Now, what we observed is- in fixed asset module- there are two lines getting created against asset number/asset.

One which came from migration of fixed asset and second came from projects (after running transfer asset to FA) which is causing addition of same cost and increasing cost of asset.
