Movement Request scenario for 0.5qty Allocation without using Consolidate replenishment scenario

I would like to allocate a Movement request having decimal qty lets say as 0.5qty requirement, with IBLPNs case qty as "1", without using Consolidated replenishment task type, just only Full LPN replen and cases replen can be used, can anyone please assist me on the same?
