how to add static image on RTF template for DOR letters

Summary:

We have requirement to add static image on 200+ document of letter template where we need one static image to be added on all letters but the image can be changed frequently. Do we have some option available in BIP where the we can store static image in some placeholder and can be use in template?

So if the image changes in future so we can just change the image rather than updating image on all the document of letters. Anyone worked on such kind of requirement inputs will be much appreciated.
