PR is not automatically created from Purchase Orders with Negotiated field enabled

Summary:

Purchase Order is not automatically created from Purchase Requisition with Negotiated field enabled. Also the field Auto generate Orders from Requester Negotiated Lines is also enabled from Configure Procurement Business Function is also enabled.

What else needs to be enabled to check. Before 24B we enabled this and it was working fine, now not sure what changes we have missed.

Any inputs please.

Gave supplier name and Supplier Site.
