Update Budget Date to Current System Date for Saved requisition

Summary:

We've implemented Budgetary Control in conjunction with SSP/RSSP, Purchasing and Invoicing. Our users may start a Requisition and save it for future use. The Budget Date may reside in a previous month and span outside of the current budget month. Is there any configuration or options that will allow for the automatic update of the Budget Date to current system date when the user elects to edit/bring that saved Requisition back into their cart? I could not find any RSSP/SSP profile options to allow that nor anything within Budgetary Control options. Anyone else have this issue and find a
