We want work email as mandatory while hiring a candidate and converting pending worker to employee

Hello,

Our requirement is,

When we give work email during conversion of pending worker to employee, That work email should be primary email and it needs to be update with employee username as well.

Means, Both Work email and User name of employee should be same after converting candidate from Oracle recruiting system(ORC) to Global HR
