24C:Additional Person Info - Contingent Talent Info

Hello,

Seems there is a new context Contingent Talent Info added to the delivered EIT after the 24C upgrade.

To disable this context, I have tried via HCM Design Studio but seems like changes are not getting saved.

Both Page and Region have the visible field as unchecked.

Any information would be of great help.
