How to hide before course/offering is created - or find in HCM Design Studio

These four sections are showing up on an Offering/Course below the 'Completion Status' and 'Selected Offerings'. Can these be hidden/marked 'do not use' when setting up the course or offering? I cannot see how to do that when editing the offering/course now.

If they must be hidden with Design Studio, are you then prevented by doing so by Offering/Course? Right now, I'd just like to hide on one of those and not for everything. Where do I find them in Design Studio?
