brazil fiscal document capture decommision

For Brazilian Oracle Cloud Client, Fiscal Document Capture (FDC) has been implemented. But we would like to decommission FDC because already there is a third party which takes of Supplier XML Receiving and necessary legal files which is integrated to Oracle AP. In addition, this organization is service based company (only 2 way match POs) and there is no inventory as such. In this scenario, can you please suggest has anyone decommissioned FDC for the service based companies? Any challenges and Pointers to be take care before decommission?
