Unable to upload Tincan file in the learning contents.

The application support only SCORM/HACP/AICC files while trying to upload Online content in the learning page. When trying to upload Tincan file, the content is not loaded and shows an error 'The upload progress didnt complete.Try Again.' Is there any way to load the Tincan in the application or to convert Tincan to the file extensions as supported by Oracle.

It would be helpful if any inputs on any third party application which can support the process.
