How can make Oracle fusion standard fields mandatory when creating a new item.

Summary:

We use some of oracle's standard fields for integrations. Leaving these
fields empty causes errors in integrations. For this reason, we want to
make it mandatory. By using page composer, we can make this field look
like mandatory. But the form does not validate it. How can we do this?
