Unable to see complete records in product management manufacturers real time

Summary:

While i am trying to use product management manufacturers real time to view Manufacturer Names and Part Numbers existing in system i am unable to see all records instead one or two records system is giving in results and in front end when i am checking manually there are multiple records in 100s.

Please assist on this.
