Same Punchout Url restrict different users to different set of catalogs in supplier website

Summary:

There is a business requirement that seperate users need to access and select seperate set of external catalogs in the same supplier website (same punchout url) which means that punchout url will be same but different users need to access different set of items in the supplier website and then select them for punchout requistion in Oracle.What can be the process to achieve this?
