Unable to add Eligibility Conditions for Pricing Promotions

Hello Team,

We referred to the below 24C update document and tried to test Pricing Promotions in our instance which is recently upgraded to 24C.

We created a Pricing Promotion as shown below

And added Benefit to this Pricing Promotion

But when trying to add Eligibility Condition no fields are displaying on the add Eligibility Conditions page

I wonder if anyone else facing this issue?

Help us in resolving this issue.
