How to resolve missing widget issue post Fusion 24C Release

In Oracle Fusion Cloud Update 24C, an issue has been identified that may cause Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) to become deactivated in Fusion applications where OGL is deployed.

Who is affected?

Oracle Fusion Cloud customers who are deploying Oracle Guided Learning on Fusion Applications and who will be accepting the Fusion 24C Update in Cohorts A (August) and B (September) will need to take immediate action.

What is the issue?

With Fusion Update 24C, the OGL Server field in the Configure Guided Learning page has been set as a mandatory field. While in previous versions this was not a required field, it is now required in Fusion 24C, although the UI does not reflect that. If the OGL Server field is left blank, this will cause OGL to be deactivated and the Launch Widget will not display in Fusion for end users.
