What is the source of Set Name when creating a Component Group in Manage Cost Component Mappings?

Summary:

Working in SCM Setup and Maintenance, the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management model, Cost Accounting subject area, and trying to add a Component Group in the Manage Cost Component Mappings option. In creating this record, you enter a free-form Code and Name and Description, and are required to select a Set Name from a picklist. Our picklist is blank. What "Set Name" is being referenced, and what is the path to where is that maintained? I haven't seen anything specific in docs.oracle.com or elsewhere regarding this.
