Need to redirect users to service provider after activating their account in IDCS

We're using Oracle IDCS as our identity provider for Oracle Fusion. When an account is created in Fusion and synced with IDCS, IDCS sends a Welcome email with a link to "Activate your account". Upon successful activation (setting up a password), the user is taken to a "…/myconsole" page within IDCS, however, the user has no reason for being there, they need to be taken to the Fusion environment.

The same redirection is needed when a user resets their password, they need to be taken to the service provider, not the identity provider.

Configuring this type of redirection should be elemental within an identity provider, however, I'm not finding where this is done. Is this not possible?
