Recruiting Custom Posting Description Fields Query / SQL

Hello Experts

We need to fetch in a query posting descriptions, for internal and external posting, that were entered by the Manager on Job Requisition Creation

> Recruiting Posting Descriptions - Custom fields
* Description for Internal Candidates
* Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
* Qualifications for Internal Candidates

Couldn't find the fields in Table IRC_REQUISITIONS_B
In HDL noticed need to upload a file.

Please advise if it is possible to get these fields, and how.
